APA Local 1224 Leadership The Airline Professionals Association, Local 1224 is governed by an Executive Board. The Board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, Recording Secretary, three (3) Trustees and an Executive Council Chairman from each air carrier represented by the Local. The Executive Board oversees every aspect of Local 1224, steers the strategic direction and provides representation on behalf of each member.
